Born out of necessity and desperation. Born to give voice to those who are displaced, overlooked and forgotten. Our mission is to provide tools and resources for creatives to join the fight against the struggle of injustice, prejudice and wars.
Too much -ism and not enough action. Besides wars there are problems of racism, ageism, sexism, that continue to affect our creative industry. It is time we take a stand and make it uncomfortable for the policy makers to continue to ignore these issues.
Problem
This internally incubated initiative was originally born as a LinkedIn post expressing anger and anguish and helplessness, we as creatives, feel during times of injustice. The support gained from the article have given us the push to become proactive in our community thus NoShelter was born.
Today, NoShelter is quickly becoming an advocacy platform for the rights of the creatives. While giving the creators the voice and the opportunities to expand their network and find work.
Currently hosting hundreds of creatives with ability to create and manage their own profiles. Our goal is to become a storytelling platform that policy and law makers can no longer ignore.
